Where we come from

Not a startup. A network with a new name.

Seng Leong Steel Pte Ltd has serviced Singapore's Tuas biopharma manufacturing cluster since 1997 — building direct working relationships with over 3,000 contacts across tier-1 facilities including Amgen, Abbott, GSK, Lonza, MSD, Novartis, Pfizer, and Roche.

U&P Oil, a shareholder of Astraxis, provides funding and operational foundation — enabling Astraxis to operate from Singapore with the stability of an established family business behind it.

In 2025, that network was formalised into Astraxis International — ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and bizSAFE certified. Same people. Same relationships. Proper systems.
